Returns Policy
We do not offer refunds.
We have a 7-day exchange-only policy on all non-sale items. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
Please contact us before returning any item.
To request an exchange, you can contact us at info.modicon@gmail.com and we will provide you with the return shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

Thank you for your order! Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days before being dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, the delivery timeframes below apply.
Australia Wide Shipping
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Standard Delivery: Estimated 2–6 business days after dispatch depending on your location.
Express Delivery: Estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped so you can monitor your delivery.

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, the issue must be investigated through Australia Post using the tracking number provided. We are happy to assist with lodging enquiries where possible.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Standard International Shipping: Estimated 6–15 business days after dispatch depending on destination country.
Express International Shipping: Estimated 3–10 business days after dispatch depending on destination country.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

MOD-ICON is not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance or any import duties and taxes. These charges are decided by your country's customs authorities and are completely outside of our control.
The shipping costs paid to MOD-ICON do not include any potential customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied when your order arrives in your country.
We strongly recommend checking your country's customs regulations or contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to unpaid customs fees or non-compliance with customs regulations and is returned to MOD-ICON, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and the cost of re-delivery.
